Spinach Rice Bowl with Salmon

Follow the steps below to cook the desired recipe

1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add salmon and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.

2. Remove salmon from the pan and set aside. Add the spinach to the pan and sauté until wilted.

3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs until combined. Pour the eggs into the pan with the spinach and scramble until cooked through.

4. Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir to combine. Place the salmon back into the pan and season with salt, pepper, and herbs of your choice.

5. Stir to combine all ingredients and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until heated through.
